I am having upper back pain and pain below my chest and side of chest on both sides it is not going after taking zerodol

For upper back pain do hot fomentation twice a day. Apply voveron gel. Correct your posture. After pain goes off start with back strengthening exercises. For below chest pain it can be acidity . You had not mentioned any details of weight lifting or long sittings .
