In my ultrasound everything is normal. Minimal free fluid is seen in cul-de-sac. What does it mean. Is there any issue

It depends on what symptoms do you have ? In mid cycle , minimal free fluid is normal . Any other times , if it's associated with symptoms of pelvic infection , it needs evaluation .

Minimal free fluid is normal. If u have symptoms like excessive white discharge it points towards PID (infection of your genital tract), if not, u don’t need to worry

Fluid in cul de sac can be a sign of pelvic infection If you are having pain lower abdomen. If you’re not having any symptom, then it can be considered normal.
