This is cheek bite. This is might be some sharp tooth present or due to wisdom tooth.

Hello. As seen in the photo, it looks like a traumatic bite. It will heal on its own in a week or so. You can apply a gel or ointment which will provide you relief. Also, visit an orthodontist to know if the traumatic bite is due to malocclusion.

It seems like a normal ulcer. It will resolve within few days on its own. Use prescribed medicines. No need to worry it looks like a normal ulcer.
