As feeding a baby us more important now so take enough proteins like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, etc.but take high fiber low fat diet to reduce tummy.do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.
