I am trying to conceive, I have regular menstrual cycle of 30-34 days  . What shall I do to convince naturally, any pre natal vitamins shall I take? Today is 1st day of my period , when shall I try ? What are do's and don'ts I should follow?

As your cycles are regular, try to have intercourse on alternate days between day 8- day 18 of your menstrual cycle. Take folic acid supplements. Check vitamin D levels- for both partners, and get it corrected if it’s low, as it is also known to affect egg quality.
