I get hard stool every week after consuming egg and chicken. Due to hard stool i have developed anal fissure. That's why, I wanted to know if I can consume 2 triphala tablets daily at night with warm water in order to avoid hard stool problem and fissure recurrence.

Triphala powder can be taken at night with lukewarm water after meals. Do not use it for more than six months. Eat more fiber-rich vegetables along with meat and eggs, and ensure regular exercises.

Some people may develop constipation or other digestive issues due to eggs as eggs don't have fiber. So always consume egg or chicken in small or moderate quantities and not much at a time . Also, consume it with lots of fibrous food, so you won't get constipation.
Next Steps
Taking Triphala churna or tablets is not harmful, but taking it daily for a longer period can cause digestive system issues like lack of natural urge to pass stool . And then it may cause constipation if you do not take Triphala churna, which will also trouble you with fissures.
Health Tips
Take Triphala churna once a week or twice a week . It can cause more dryness in the body if you continue it for a longer period. The best thing you can do is make changes in your routine daily diet like eating more fibrous foods, daily exercise/yoga or walking , limited intake of non veg and bakery items etc. There are many other things that can be done to resolve this issue, but for that, you need to consult your physician for further advice.
