Trigger point

I have trigger points on my upper back(side of neck) .The stiffness switches from left to right every now and then causing pain to mid pack.I have been to physiotherapists, but nothing works for longer than a week. Its been 3 months.Please suggest something, a permanent solution.

U need correction of posture and maintain it. Also use Hot Pack on Back and visit to the Physiotherapist who can correct ur posture and release ur muscles

You clearly have problem with your posture that's why you are getting this problem again and again. Postural correction done in 3 steps, first step is to relax the muscles which can be done with releasing the muscles you can see videos on youtube for self release. In 2nd step you train the muscles which can replace the muscles which are getting tight again and again. 3rd step is to train and maintain. This may take 8-12 weeks as we are changing movement patterns.
