My daughter 15yrs old having toothache 2 months ago and it got well in 1 day automatically but again from 2 days having pain in her upper  right eighth teeth. X ray attached. Please suggest

The eighth tooth needs to be removed or atleast the tooth which is disoriented ( can be seen in x ray ) should be removed and that'll be removed surgically...
