My kid is having toothache while chewing/ eating food... need to go for check tomorrow... in mean time during night what i can give for pain relief

What’s the age of child as for primary relief some painkiller can be suggested like paracetamol, ibuprofen but with no medication side effects history. In case of home remedies you can try clove oil Or warm water with salt as mouthwash to child
