All your symptom are indicative of deep cavity in the tooth.please visit a local dentist & get the xray taken.  probably after the xray examination your dentist will be able to suggest you the right course of action which in all probability will be root canal treatment. meanwhile take a pain killer like tab. combiflam but not more than thrice a day. Please remember the pain killer is a temporary measure & not a permanent one. you need to visit a dentist ASAP

Your findings are indicating that decaying has progressed to deeper layer of the tooth.Treatment  is to go for RCT (root canal treatment).

If cavity is there and it is paining , this indicates chances of cavity reaching towards pulp. Thus u need to go for root canal treatment . May be its due to dentinal sensitivity. But only after X-ray, one can determine. Thus u need to visit your dentist asap. Otherwise, for temporarily relieving pain, u can take any pain killer.. symptomatic relief u Vl get.

You should avoid any self medications and also any delay in consulting your dentist for a proper clinical examination, so that the right diagnosis can be made.... the right treatment can be advised after the correct diagnosis only..... most likely you will be requiring root canal treatment for the offending tooth.... Regards....

If there is pain in the tooth having cavity and is also sensitive to cold ,it suggests that the decay has reached to the deeper layer of tooth having nerves and blood vessels. You will need root canal treatment for the tooth, so visit your dentist ASAP.  Pain killers may provide only temporary relief.

Please visit a dentist immediately. He will take an Xray of that tooth and evaluate whats the best course of action based on condition of the existing tooth structure and amount of infection. Accordingly it may require Root Canal Therapy followed by a crown or an extraction followed by replacement. The dentist would be the best judge of the correct treatment to be selected and you could go ahead accordingly.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Since there is a cavity and your symptoms are severe it means that the cavity is bit deep and big. For that my only suggestion would be to consult a dentist in person for further evaluation and management.  There is nothing you can do by yourself in such case. And pain killers wont address the cause of it. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
