Toothache and gum pain
My daughter is 7 yrs old . She has occasional pain behind the 1 st permanent molar teeth . Sometimes side of the gum that too in night hours . Pls suggest to go for root canal or tooth extraction or tooth filling .i attached photos

According to the x ray shared the tooth will need a filling to be done. The tooth may need root canal treatment if the nerve is involved which can be evaluated during clinical examination or caries removal.
That tooth is a milk molar. The tooth needs to be saved till the permanent tooth below it erupts, usually till age of 10-11 years of age
