Tooth Pain/Black Spot In the Center
I have a black spot followed by some sharpening of teeth (last one on the right side). Also while chewing if something hard like seed or hard food particle comes, it pains for a moment.
Please advice!!
Get x ray done fr that tooth.. Short shooting pain can be managed with cemente filling, if pain continues one can go fr rct..

your history seems you have cavity..
Get X _ray (IOPA) done of the involved tooth to rule out of the extent of caries....
Depending on the depth of caries , treatment should be made..
If the caries is shallow, then simple filling should be done...
If it is deep, then Root canal treatment should be made....

Mostly seems like a cavity.
Since you are already experiencing pain the tooth will have to undergo a root canal treatment.
If it is the third molar ( wisdom teeth) it's better to get it removed.
