The blackening of tooth is decay and should be treated for complete removal of pain...u should visit dental clinic, there an x ray will be done which will show the extent of decay on the tooth and accordingly the treatment will b done...meanwhile u can take 2 Tablets of Tab Ketorol DT together that will give u temporary relief
