You have taken a high dose of Aldactone (600 mg at once) and now have cardiac uneasiness. Please seek emergency medical care immediately for ECG, BP and serum electrolytes, especially potassium. Do not take any further dose or potassium supplements until evaluated

Hyperkalemia: weakness, paresthesia, muscle fatigue/weakness → flaccid paralysis, bradycardia, arrhythmia/cardiac arrest
GI: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
Hypotension/dehydration and worsening renal function from excessive diuresis
Hyponatremia
Drowsiness, dizziness, confusion in overdose

As you mentioned you are having uneasiness in chest after overdose of aldactone, then you must go to your near by cardiac hospital or emergency hospital, and get your ecg done as soon as possible and complete blood count, renal function test, liver function test done, aptt, and inr these test as well
