I can imagine how stressful it must be for u to overthink all the time.
I would suggest U to try some deep breathing exercises to start with.
Then i would like u to practise “catch n park” technique.
Don’t push ur thoughts away... the more u push them .. the more they come strongly.
Instead try acknowledging the thought and then telling urself that u will attend to that thought a bit later... like after sometime...
Imagine like U r parking that thought in a space like a car parking to attend to it later.
“ catch n park”
This will make u less stressed at that moment.
