Your TSH level of 1.11 mIU/L falls within the normal reference range, suggesting that your thyroid function is generally well-regulated. However, a T4 level of 4.76 µg/dL appears to be on the lower side, depending on the lab’s reference range. It’s important to interpret thyroid function tests in the context of symptoms and overall clinical picture. Sometimes, low T4 with normal TSH could indicate non-thyroidal illness or early central hypothyroidism, though these are less common. I would recommend a thorough clinical evaluation, repeat testing if necessary (including free T4 and possibly T3), and correlation with your symptoms before considering any thyroid treatment. Please consult for a more precise assessment. Thank you!!

Do you have any complaints? Why was the thyroid test done? Report results are not worrisome but based on your history & if you have any complaints, the test may need to be repeated if required

Thanks for reaching out. Kindly don’t panic based on these results . You don’t need treatment right away based on these values alone. Are you feeling tired, gaining weight, experiencing hair fall, cold intolerance, or irregular periods? Lab results must match your symptoms before deciding on treatment. A balanced lifestyle often helps restore harmony.
Next Steps
Foods to include: iodine-rich foods like dairy products, eggs, seaweed, zinc-rich seeds, and colorful fruits and veggies Avoid excess soy, gluten, and highly processed foods if sensitive Stress management is vital: try yoga, pranayama, and meditation
