Based on your symptoms, it appears that you may be having chronic throat irritation or tonsillitis, which can sometimes be associated with gastritis or acid reflux. Recurrent throat infection, postnasal drip, or acid reflux can cause persistent throat discomfort and a feeling of nausea or vomiting after meals. It is important to avoid spicy, oily, and very acidic foods, eat smaller meals, and avoid lying down immediately after eating. Maintaining good hydration and warm saline gargles can help reduce throat inflammation. If symptoms persist, you may require a proper throat examination to assess the tonsils, evaluation for acid reflux, and treatment with appropriate medications such as antacids, anti-reflux therapy, or antibiotics if there is an active infection. I would strongly recommend consulting a doctor for a physical examination so the exact cause can be identified and treated effectively.

Your symptoms sound like what we call Acid Reflux. Acid that is normally in the stomach kicks back up the food pipe and cause sore throat like tonsil pain and vomiting sensation with meals. *Try Peptac/Gaviscon with meals. *Eat smaller sized portions of food *Avoid smoking and alcohol *Keep within recommended weight If symptoms not fully cleared then take Omeprazole 20mg for two weeks to see if your symptoms settle. All the best. J G S R clinic

You need to consult an ENT surgeon or gastroenterologist for proper evaluation and treatment. Meanwhile you can try taking some antacid like T. Pantop DSR twice daily before meals for around 10 days or so.
