For the teeth gap best is to get the braces done n for the yellowness a good oral prophylaxis followed by polishing and if required bleaching to be done ✅

Visit dentist get scaling polishing done. Also for gap best options is orthodontic treatment. If you dont want that you can go for composite fillings to close gaps. Also you can go for laminate n veneers or crowns.

For the gaps issue , we generally recommend Orthodontic treatment( Braces) . But as per the age (28 yrs) It might take longer time and chances of relapse are greator. There are just 2 options for your problem: 1) Orthodontic treatment (braces). 2) Artificial restorations using either a simple filling or crowns on your teeth. It generally depends upon the size of the gaps and also general status of your gums and bite.
