After root canal treatment, capping is mandatory because root canal causes tooth to become rigid and increases the chances of tooth breakage or fracture of teeth.....get an x-ray done..if everything is ok get ur capping done..if there is infection treat that first...

Capping is always mandatory for the rct treated tooth. So if that tooth is pqining start with the antibiotic course for three days and simultaneously go for x ray and most probably re rct of tooth will take place

Root canal treatment is not complete with out dental cap or crown. The root canal treated teeth will become brittle and chances of getting infected are more when a dental cap is not placed. It also might get fractured However you can repeat the root canal treatment if needed and can have a cap again . It just a course of antibiotics which ever your Dentist prefers.
Next Steps
please visit your Dentist and have your tooth refilled .
Health Tips

Either the root canal tooth is fractured or has developed a reinfection. Get an X-ray done and your dentist will advise you accordingly
