Don’t keep ur foot lowered always unless u need to walk for commode while at work u can keep ur leg raised over a stool just do ankle movements and toe movements gentle massage over the foot will relive ur swelling u can also have ultrasound therapy from. A nearby Physio all the best for ur speedy recovery
