Suggestion for food intake and avoid

Fatigue pain High Uric acid ...high esr .. .I need to know what food to avoid and what to eat. I am a vegetarian Just got xray done and blood work done. Excess knee and feet pain along with back pain History: 4 surgeries ( 2 c section+ gall bladder for stones+ one severe Ankle accident...) Do that old injury also pains so much that I am unable to walk.

You can consume them in moderation - Avoid packaged and processed foods. - Limit alcohol. If having beer, avoid it completely. - Limit sugar and sweets, especially bakery items, maida and biscuits. - Avoid cold drinks, excessive tea, coffee, or sugary drinks. - Avoid mushrooms (they can increase uric acid if eaten regularly in large amounts). Foods to include to reduce inflammation: - Include vitamin C rich foods like oranges, berries, and amlas to reduce inflammation. - Include moong dal and green gram sprouts. - Flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts also help to reduce inflammation - Haldi milk at night as it helps reduce inflammation and joint pain.
