Before 3 months I was very healthy and normal..last month I have gained weight so in need some suggestion

Nut , seeds and fruit to have every day. Smoothiee to have for breakfast. Early morning have 1 tbsp jeera water with 1 glass water to have on empty stomach. Have soup and salad everyday day till you get your weight normal
