Sudden spike in RBS and HbA1c

Sir/Mam! 2months ago i checked for rbs and HbA1c and it is normal.. Today I checked and it showed rbs of 372 and HbA1c of 12.5 Earlier I never was diagnosed with diabetes . I am 104 kg weight and 5"11 height. I am hereby attaching the report.please let me know what the issue is?

Repeat these tests from a good lab and dont do random blood sugar instead do fasting blood sugar

High HbA1c tells you are diabetic. Pls get Fbs , ppbs , urine routine, lipid profile done.

RBS is not diagnosis of diabetes proper 8hrs fasting then FBS and after that 2hrs after food PPBS is required to diagnose.
