Stretching after strengthening?

Can I do stretching exercises just after strengthening exercises?? Or should I do first stretching first and then strengthening?? Can I do them one after the other ?? Like after hamstring stretch ,can i do hamstring curls??

Hi, you starts yours exercises with stretching and after that strengthening.
Next Steps
start the hamstring and quadriceps stretching with 10 repetition and 10 second hold in 2 times in a day. After that start strengthening with isometric quadriceps and hamstring curl with yellow color resistant band 15 reps and 5 second hold in 1 times in a day..

Always apply the ice packs after the stretching exercise for prevention to muscles injuries.

Hi It is good that you are doing stretching , but  stretching  increases blood supply and after that if you do strengthening exercises, is  a sequence in which you will find relief. After that start to do some  active movements.

Hi Start with warm up followed up by stretching ,then strengthening exercises again stretching and then cool down .

Do dynamic stretching exercises before strengthening exercises. After strengthening, take rest for some time and then perform static stretching exercises.
