I have tried to not take a stress  that automatically stress will come Due to family and finance problem.

'Family and finance problems' will be there in so many households and so many living in them may not be getting 'stressed'. Instead they try to find solutions to their problemsAlso, they try to accept the situation if they do not find any suitable solution. I would suggest you to be one such member of a family in distress. Getting stressed up does not contribute anything positive in the situation. Also, such matters are often passing ones and you may feel that the way you got stressed up was unnecessary, after the passage of some time. Try to be a part of the problem-solving process. Think of it, - when you get stressed, you may be becoming a part of the problem itself.
