Good day to you! So it looks like you're having features suggestive of simple dyspepsia which is also known as "acidity". Your feeling hungry at night because you are not eating enough during the appropriate times and it can lead to features such as bloating sensation after eating or even nausea.
Next Steps
I would suggest eating at the proper time of the day with small volumes but frequently for example a snack a few hours after breakfast, lunch or dinner. Avoid spicy foods for 2 weeks and drink lots of water. medications wise you can take TAB.PANTOPRAZOLE + DOMPERIDONE 40/30 mg 1-0-0 (once in the morning), 30 minutes before food for 1 week. You should feel symptomatically better with this much.
Health Tips
if you would like more advice then feel free to contact me on the practo application. I will be more than happy to guide you through your eating habits and any other problems you might be facing.
