I have stomach and digestion and  acidity problem from last few months and it's affect on my weight and increasing fat Percentage on my body now I want to improve my health and I am working on it but i don't have any specific knowledge please give me best consultancy.

You need Lifestyle modification. Drink more water Go with proton pump inhibitors, avoid spicy & oily food. Do proper exercises. And don’t correlate with your acidity issue with fat percentage but you diet may affect both.

Add a glass of water half an hr before meal Take a PPi..course. Excersise  everyday.. Have protein rich diet for obesity. These are the best treatments on your assumptions.. get investigated  thoroughly.

follow some basic life style changes:Stop tea, coffee, spicy food. Take your food timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. as much as you want thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc.
