Can I take Hamdard sualin tablets for my mild sore throat and little cough. Shall I take one or two tablets?

For mild sore throat, salt water gargle twice a day, and ayurvedic kadha / decoction  made with thulsi, dry ginger and black pepper is more than enough. But if the symptoms persists or if fever is there, then you might need other medications.

Yes you can take it but if you have pain during swallowing or mucus then you have to take other medicines as well.
