For the past 4 days I can feel pain on my gums . Today I noticed blood after brushing. It is paining and has swollen.

The  swollen and painful gums are medically called as gingivitis Evethough you brush your teeth properly ,there ia always some inaccesible areas that you need to clean( scaling) by dentist...

Visit to nearest dentist for cleaning of teeth. Blood from the periodontium sometimes comes due to deposition of calcus on teeth.
