Take high fiber low fat diet to feel fresh through out the day.
Make sure you are taking small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs.
Drink plenty of water everyday. Do regular exercise.
Take fresh fruits and vegetables a lot.
Avoid outside food completely.
Do walk before sleep in the night .take light dinner.
