I take clonazapem to sleep at 10pm and wake up 5:00am.but when I wake I feel like I hadnt slept well.it doesnt show his effect.even in a sleep mode I overthink.feel unfreshed.what is the reason behind this

Hi, don’t worry this happens to a lot of patients taking this tablet. It means that your mind is not at rest in sleep.
