Sleeping Problem
I can't sleep continue. I can sleep approx 3 hours and then wake up. When I am trying to sleep, many things disturbing me.

Sleep is closely related to emotional health. Please meet a counsellor and discuss emotional issues. That will help a lot. Use relaxation techniques for sleeping. Without emotional release, nothing will work.

Do some mindfulness exercise. Stop using electronic gadgets 1 he before sleep. Have a hot glass of milk with 2 tsf honey before sleep
