Do follow these advices to get adequate & peaceful sleep:- 1. Use your bedroom from only Sleep & Sexual Activity. 2. Do not use cellphone, watch TV or work in the bedroom. Overtime the mind is conditioned to associate bed as a place to work or be active like while using a phone. This prevents you from catching sleep faster. 3. Make sure the bedroom is dim or lit with a yellow light bulb. Avoid using high intensity bright white light in the bedroom. White light tricks the brain into thinking is not night so it'll make it difficult to sleep. 4. Avoid high fatty, oily & heavy meals at night. 5. A minimum gap of 2.5 hrs should be maintained between last meal/dinner & time of sleeping. 6. Practice a habit of reading before going to bed. This helps to sleep faster. 7. Practice Relaxed breathing to calm yourself & fall asleep.
Next Steps
Kindly consult if you still find it unable to sleep.

Please go for a walk for an hour after dinner. You should give a gap of two hours between your dinner and sleep. You should make the environment of your bedroom very calm and relaxed. No music, no mobile phone in the bedroom. You will get good sleep.
