I am facing a proper sleep issue when I go in bed for sleep I am unable to sleep my mind thought unwanted things pls suggest for proper sleep

When fat of myelin sheath of neurons decreases then such issue arise. Since that fat layer act as an insulator of electrical activity in brain...when this layer diminishes then thought bombardment starts in mind and proper amount of tamas do not generate which is responsible for inducing sleep

Okk dear tell me does you have any kind of stress? If not then it's ok you will be alright after some ayurvedic medication and take shirodhara by nearer ayurvedic doctor it is so effective.. Also do some pranayam before bed like bhramari, bhastrika ,anulome vilome as I am yoga evaluator also will give you proper and beneficial yoga guidance and proper ayurvedic medication.. Which will help you a lot for that pls consult personally thank you..
