Sleep Deprived

2022-03-02 05:19:05
I am unable to sleep for more than 4-5hr every night. I wake up immediately with headache whole day. It's been 1month now and I am worried. My BMI is normal. Period cycle regular. But I am scared that if such sleep deprivation continues than it will be very problematic for me. Please suggest how to increase sleeping time and quality.

You need to make some changes with life style like daily exercise, good diet, less stress etc and don't take any sleep medications directly. First try non medication therapy.
