Hi doctor There are some brown wart like small bumps appears on my face. These are initially 1 and 2 but gradually increased. They are both on face and my body. How to get rid of these? I attached photo. There is no pain or inflammation. But it is looking bad on my face.

They are simply DPNs. No need to worry. They are easily removable. But remove them only by dermatologist. Don't use any local cream or home remedies.
