It would have been nicer if you had posted them along with your question. These things helps doctors to come to a diagnosis easily, especially in skin diseases. Kindly attach a photo for proper treatment. As the patch is itchy it can be due to any fungal infection but proper evaluation can be done with the picture

Do not blindly take antihistamines like tab cetrazine regularly without getting diagnosed with.
