Hello The mainstay of treatment in frozen shoulder is physiotherapy so she has to continue that. Pain can be controlled by medicines or injectables now there is a new treatment called “GATE” injection which involves injecting drug in first web space of hand and the pain is taken care of which helps the patient to do physiotherapy actively thus relieving from frozen shoulder. I would advise continue medicines and phsyiotherapy with icing of shoulder
