Shoulder stiffness and bad posture

I have been feeling pain around my neck and shoulder, muscle feels very stiff. Not only that, but whole body feels stiff. Its been more than a year now. My shoulder posture has also gone bad like back bump

One year is a long time, you are a management professional there must be more computer work. If not coming to your hands it is fine, this could be cervicoscapular myalgia. Read about work ergonomics, that would be helpful. Besides this do stretching for the neck and shoulder region.

You need postural correction, at this young age, your posture is not good which may lafer increases the risk of cervical and shoulder issues. Maintain proper posture, do exercises for neck and shoulder, visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and learn postural correction exercises for a week, later do the same with regular exercises for a month in order to get back to normal and live a pain free life.

Since year ur suffering u should consult in person with orthopaedician or Physiotherapist for proper assessment and treatment. U should take further investigation if needed. Until then do hot water application and stretches to ur neck and back. Maintain proper posture and ergonomics.
