You need postural correction, at this young age, your posture is not good which may lafer increases the risk of cervical and shoulder issues.
Maintain proper posture, do exercises for neck and shoulder, visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and learn postural correction exercises for a week, later do the same with regular exercises for a month in order to get back to normal and live a pain free life.
