Should we remove tooth?

My daughter is 8 years old. Her upper central incisor is intact and has some cavities. A new tooth is coming out from the backside of this tooth. Please see the attached photo. My question is, should we get the old tooth removed, or it would fall on its own.

Hello, get the tooth removed. As it is carious, it will interefere with the permanent tooth with its eruption and the alignment. Dental Galaxy, Pune.

Will suggest to go for extraction as it is retained and permanent incisors is behind it and it is carious as well . If not removed it might interfere with the eruption and alignment of permanent teeth

Tooth should be removed and wait for some time if upper Central incisors came in alignment then it's ok....but if not then at the age of 13-15yr go for orthodontic treatment.

Hi, Suggest you visit a Pedodontist and get the tooth checked. If the cavity is deep, advise you to remove the milk tooth.
