Upper central incisors have not come out
My 6.5 years old son's both upper central incisors have not come in since 2.5 months (Jan 1st week they were lost). Is it fine or should I need to get him checked? How long does it take for central incisors to come in generally? Thank you.

you can wait for 2-3 months. Its normal for the permanent teeth to erupt within 6 month from the exfoliation of deciduous teeth. After that you can consult to dental surgeon. Make sure to give your son fibrous food and fruits like apple, guava.
Next Steps
Please visit dental surgeon after 2-3 months

Hi. It's absolutely fine. 2.5 months is very normal. It's actual time of eruption is 7-8 years. So stay calm unless and until there is any history of trauma related to that region.
Next Steps
Patiently can wait till 5-6 months.
Health Tips
Can ask the child to chew on cucumber/ carrot blocks from that space ( use it as a teether). Take care
