More than anything else please focus on your homocysteine levels. High levels can lead to arterial blockages and high blood pressure as well. Regarding your doubt u need supplements for vitamin D, sunlight exposure daily If you have symptoms of B12 deficiency you need to take injections of B12 otherwise oral supplements would do

Severe Vitamin D and B12 deficiencies along with multiple abnormal lab parameters cannot be addressed with a single generalized answer — each parameter needs to be reviewed in context and treated with the correct dose and duration suited to your individual severity. Both deficiencies are very common and very treatable — Vitamin D usually requires a course of weekly high-dose supplementation followed by daily maintenance, while severe B12 deficiency often corrects faster with injections rather than oral tablets. However, the exact plan must be tailored by a doctor who reviews all your values together.
Next Steps
Please visit a physician in person with your full diagnostic report so all the abnormal parameters can be addressed together with a proper prescription. Do not self-supplement without guidance, especially for Vitamin D which can build up to toxic levels if overdosed. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

No treatment can be initiated just on the basis of investigations only. I know nothing about your symptoms, so better to come with your complaints next time - whether it is associated with investigations or not . If you are not having any symptoms or some mild symptoms - above findings indicate life style related deviations -> a vegetarian sedentary youngman  having no sunlight exposure.
Next Steps
If you have any symptoms - consult your physician. If you are  worried just by this report, follow these steps - Correct your daily routine - *hydrate yourself property as per your climate *early to bed & rise with the Sun , take daily sun bath for 15-45 min (as much naked as possible taking social & other circumstances in consideration ) in early morning during these summer days . * eat enough fruits(500gm or more) before 1st meal & same amount of salads before 2nd meal *if a strict vegetarian, take germinated moong etc  & fermented dishes like idli & curd in your diet. * strictly avoid dishes from the market , & packed food . *If you are not a strict vegetarian take some nonveg food (spc Liver ) *enjoy humming routinely.

Your reports show multiple abnormalities that need to be addressed systematically, not in isolation. Vitamin D is severely deficient at 12.4 (normal 30-100) and B12 is critically low at 103 (normal 197-771). At 20 years, this is significant and explains fatigue, weakness, and possibly your hair loss — which is likely why you’re already on Minoxidil. Cardiac concern: Homocysteine is markedly elevated at >65 (normal
Next Steps
Do not self-supplement based on this report alone. The combination of high homocysteine, low B12, macrocytic changes, and elevated phosphorus needs a structured treatment plan with proper doses and follow-up testing.
Health Tips
Your hair loss may actually be nutritional rather than genetic — fixing B12 and Vitamin D properly could make a real difference before continuing Minoxidil long-term.
