Hi, My grandmother is having knee pains from past few years and she use pain killers. But from past few days the pain has increased a lot and unable to bare the pain. Please suggest good medicines

Get weight bearing xrays done to check arthritis rather than simply taking medicines .

till then use heating pads and use some anti inflammatory medications.
