I can understand that Severe depression accompanied with anxiety can be very disturbing . But donât worry as most of the symptoms are not life threatening. Since it is there for long time it should be addressed by a healthcare professional in person to find out the root cause of the issue.
In the meanwhile you can reach out to friends and loved ones, even if you feel like being alone or donât want to be a burden to others. Try to Talk openly to at least one person you trust. Get moving. When youâre depressed, just getting out of bed can seem daunting, but it can make a huge difference.
