The USG report shows minimal ascitis,free fluid in POD n Splenomegaly. Please mention if the patient is having any fever episode. Drotin A, PANTOP DSR can be continued if the pain is severe n uncontrollable.

Ultrasound report shows minimal ascitis (fluid accumulates in abdomen) and splenomegaly.
Need further details about history (present complaints, known medical conditions,etc)
Reason behind all this needs to be found out by a few blood tests and detailed history taking.

Hello,
How is she doing now? She has mild spleen enlargement. Advised to consult for a detailed evaluation. For diarrhea complaint, what she is using is enough. But do not start these medicines next time without consulting doctor as this is antibiotic and have other effects on the body. Please make sure she is drinking 2-3 litres of fluids in the day and not to get dehydrated. I can see the patient on a telecosultation if required.
