Roughness inside both cheek

I am having  roughness inside my cheek while touching through tounge since 10-15 days, is it normal to have this? No other symptoms is there

If you have habits like smoking or tabocco chewing then this roughness isn't good. Otherwise it may feel a bit rough. Maintain proper oral hygiene and visit dentist to check if any teeth have sharp edges
