Hi.. unfortunately there is no alternative to root canal. If your Dentist has advised then go for it. No need to worry as it is safe. Regards

Hello mam,incase u have tooth pain meaning there is a an infection which probably exist due to decay in the tooth and it cannot be rectified by simple filling. Undergo a root canal treatment n take the prescribed medicine you should just do fine. Post the treatment make sure u do place a cap on the treated tooth

If there is pain it means that your pulp tissue is infected, root canal treatment is the best way to save the tooth or else will have to remove the teeth
