Root canal treatment will save your teeth Considering your age extraction is not a good option... Extraction of single teeth will affects the three neighbouring teeth if you fail to replace it...

Hi There are two methods of rct. Conventional with more number of sittings with local anesthesia and single sitting rct which rotatary rct is done under local anesthesia. Both are painless. Hi...... If you are having pain from the last 4 years in a particular tooth then it will surely go for RCT. Look for the condition of the tooth, if it is having a cavity then the infection must have reached to the pulp ( nerve layer) of the tooth . The pain will subside after RCT.Get an X-ray done for the tooth.
