Looking at your reports: your
Vitamin D at 19.26 is clearly deficient and needs treatment. Your
B12 at 253 is low-normal â functional deficiency causing fatigue and weakness can occur at this level. Your
TSH at 4.96 is within range but on the upper end; in a symptomatic woman of reproductive age, this is worth monitoring closely. Importantly, your iron panel is borderline low (transferrin saturation 20%, serum iron 59) but serum
ferritin â the most sensitive marker of iron stores â is missing and should be checked.
Next Steps
Start
Vitamin D3 supplementation now. Get serum
ferritin done urgently. Discuss
B12 supplementation with your doctor. Recheck
TSH in 3 months with symptoms review â if TSH climbs or symptoms persist,
thyroid treatment may be needed. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
