Hello doctor attached last year report USG and yesterday report may I know gall bladder stone is reduced or increased compare to last year report kindly clarify and further treatment pl advice age 50 for my mother whether surgery needed or not clerify

Echogenic sludge doesn't require surgery .....It has chances of conversion to calculi(stone).... so avoid fatty food,fastings and have regular food habits......Get ultrasound abdomen scan done after 4 weeks on empty stomach.....Hope your mother has no abdominal complaints
